We are totally devoid of effort and ideas. This is a relegation performance for sure. We need a motivator as manager, don't think the present guy fits the bill. He's been here long enough now, so no excuses. He's picking the team so the buck stops with him as far as I am concerned.
On a side note, what is wrong with Lolley?

Lolley hasn’t been the same player since last Xmas. It’s a disgrace Mighten isn’t in the team when Lolley playing like this. Ameobi puts no effort at all in and shouldn’t even be in the squad.
