Don't think it's our reputation that's putting players off, Nottingham forest are a provincial club, we haven't got the draw of London or manchester. not so many bright lights in town unlike london. it didn't take long for mgw to get fed up with westbridgford if you see my point.

I think they are horrible places unless you live in the suburbs.

I totally agree, Manchester is a miserable place I used to hate going up there. but there is a draw for the likes of mgw in London, he'll be rubbing shoulders with all the players from all the prem sides in the capital, I do believe they all frequent the same watering holes. That's one of the reasons why it's difficult to get a player to move from london. i suppose to them it's the Mecca of football.
