Skegs you’ve got to remember that coopers learning to be a premiership manager he has experience in the championship (yes) but in the premiership he’s learning his trade……. and I think he’ll become one of the best managers in the premiership, everyone must remember at the start of a game you have a point so you defend that with your life, which is why you build from the back and make your team difficult to beat which cooper is trying to do……. happy with elanga young with electrifying pace and Aina who looks a great utility player which will come in handy when we get injury’s/ suspension’s and cooper can only coach what he has. Again he’s reiterated that we need more players today, that’s not really his department so come on lads let’s give the guy a break he deserves it and he’s earned it………. I’m not making excuses for the ultra defensive why that we play but surly you can see what’s going off in the transfer market especially with the Arabs splashing the cash, we need to be patient and get behind cooper and the boys just like we did last season…………. think we’ll be fine.
We have always been generally a counter attacking club even in the days of clough and Taylor, so I can see the project that cooper is trying to instil into our club and I like it………we have a great owner and a good young manager so there’s plenty of reasons to be optimistic about Nottingham Forest Football Clubs future……imo. ?⚪️?♂️COYJ.

Sorry lads just the way I see it and say it as it is………. we’ve been in the premiership 1 season! How can you expect champagne Football when we’ve been out of the top division for so long? I’m sure everyone wants to see more possession/ goals and quick flowing passing on the deck, quick counter attacking Football, yes I agree skegs me too……. but you’ve got to look at the bigger picture ie where we are as a club and where we’ve been over the past 25 years (whaddon road) no disrespect to Cheltenham town mind (even pridless park) now that’s bad! Put it into perspective and where a team/ club in progress……. I think some supporters are expecting too much too soon…. Rome wasn’t built in a day but then again Brian Clough and Peter Taylor wasn’t building it though.

I see it as good player management to counteract impulsive recruitment. Ensuring players get game time is really important.
