Can’t understand the tactics today. We pressed and hassled Liverpool, Spurs at home, West Ham at home and Everton away. We had decent performances when we did this. Today we just didn’t press. We lost the game because we didn’t go out to win. If we are going to lose 5-0 I want to lose by trying to win. Not lose by trying not to lose.
Forget blaming cooper. If our players cannot be arsed to press, pass the ball to a team mate, shoot when having the chance, tackle opponents, mark in the box, get out of their own half then I as a paying fan have the right to criticise them. Yes Arsenal are a decent team right now, but they have played three games this week and they were quicker hungrier, dedicated, and smarter than us.
We beat Liverpool and should of been full of confidence they had two disappointing results, but it didn’t show. Nobody can defend this performance today I don’t care who you are. They have shown they are better than this, so standards (minimum) have been set. We should be improving by now. Not the finished article but improving. I’m not seeing it, this is a massive set back. Hope they get at least three points from the next two games??.

Set back in our performance mate not result. I only worry about our performance don’t care if we lose as long we can say we had a right good go Bowie.
