The manager said he is disappointed in the performance, well i'm disappointed in him.

Thirty Eight league games in charge and he can only get them to play like that.

Last nights game can not even be considered one of those games, a one off, there have been too many games like last nights game.

The longer a manager has with a set of players the better they should get, off course you expect the odd blip but they should develop a understanding of each others game.

They should get better at playing the way the manager wants them to play, the manager should have a game plan dependant on the weakness of the opposition, but i could not see a game plan at all.

The manager gets the team to play in such a way that it tells me he has no faith in their ability to threaten the opposition by going at them on a regular basis without conceding a lot of goals.

Last nights game looked as if he had walked into the job yesterday morning and had just spent the day talking to the players, certainly not actually training them.

If the owner can not see the manager has not a clue and that he should get rid of the manager then he needs to be told by those whom he trusts at the club.

The manager needs sacking, and for a positive thinking manager to be brought in, it is a good job there are a reasonable amount of players that are going to be out of contract soon.

Get Forward you post a true concise picture of what's being happening this season.
Hughton needs to go and hopefully the Fat Greek will let him go.
But who would come to Forest?
We aren't exactly an aspiring club just an average level club.
As for the team a majority should never wear a Forest shirt again.
Wipe the slate clean, learn from mistakes made in previous seasons and build a team of players who want to play.
Easier daid than done though!

We need a younger, more progressive, ambitious type of manager. Remember someone called Sir Brian Clough was exactly that type. They do exist.
Stop going for negative, scared to lose, hold on for a draw type. They seem to have forgotten that football is an entertainment businesses too!
I'm a lifelong Forest supporter but it's getting harder every minute this clown is in charge.
Get gone now.

Fawas Mark2 you are right it is easier said than done but before Brentford were looking at the right end of the table they managed to, and still find managers with the right mindset.

Barnsley have not done too bad with their latest acquisition, and off course Lincoln have managed to find a decent manager, it is about knowing what you want then doing your research, then being brave enough not to go for the obvious usual suspects.
