Really hope we learn from our mistakes and go for young quality players as opposed to freebies loans and journeymen
Our recruitment policy is non existent and needs sorting urgently.
Fans want to see exciting attacking football played with pace and intent which means a new manager with new ideas who is able to develop young talent of which we have plenty.
I would go for Nigel Clough oersonally.

Agree munmad but not clough. let's just remember him as the fantastic player he was. As ff79 pointed out yesterday bringing an old playèr back doesn't always work. I know he's served his apprenticeship. But working under the greek. i'd rather not see him get mixed up with this lot.

I think what i'm saying is. I couldn't stand anyone giving him sh#t. As we all know a lot of championship managers get it. Just my personal view mate.
