Ok big question and I'm sure many divided answers. Do people think we should rebuild with Lamouchi but only if he is given the right tools to do so. Or should we go elsewhere and look for someone to bring a more dynamic, exciting and pragmatic approach to the team with players who won't spectacularly crash when blood sweat and tears are needed. So stick or twist? Personally I like Lamouchi and think its been a decent season but the lack of belief has been evident such as plenty of chances to catch top 2, plenty of chances to cement top 6 and plenty of really late goals costing us big time. Of course there has been times when we have been dogged, soaked up pressure and hit teams on the counter and have proven difficult to beat. But to be the best apart from better players ect is to believe and play like you know your going to win or at least give everything you have got, Psycho for example played without fear, Grabban has worked his nuts off on his own up front 2 qualities we at times lacked. To be honest i'm still shell shocked and yes am sick of the merry go round so it was nice to see a manger finish a full season, it's meant to be what its meant to be I suppose and I'm sure through the leagues we aren't the only team to have such rotten luck and a yearning to be back where we once were, but to get there we need some big hearts, some blood and guts players the type you'd want along side you in a war. Ok a bit extreme and I'm sure there will be plenty of disappointed fans this morning at least we not Wigan.

Nice post clough but i do not share any optimism regarding SL as like you pointed out he failed to cement anything this season. Every chance to go to the next level failed, any opportunity to entertain, failed, recruitment, fitness and sustainability, failed. Little motivation and dreadful costly substitutions. I don't like Grabban but that's not to say he did a sterling job this season. But trust me he was frustrated a lot of the time, having to come deep to get the ball. His work rate was commendable. The fact he had NO competion for his place was a deriliction of duty from the men in charge. Da costa don't mske me laugh! The top 2 had subs of strength that could change a game when they came on and most of all put pressure on the men in posession of the shirt. I have laughed when i saw the subs coming on to replace Lolley and ameobi. What was in Lamouchi's head.

Is it the players at his disposal or does Lamouchi know no other way of playing? Ivory Coast and Rennes played the same style of defensive football under his management so I think it's the latter.
Is he capable of going again next season having learned from his mistakes? The amount of late goals we shipped throughout the season almost becoming a habit, with him seemingly powerless to do anything about it suggests no.
I'll never forgive him for the Barnsley debacle and he should face a charge of gross misconduct for that game alone.
Apart from that he's a really nice guy 😂.

Fair enuff Rutters my mate think there will be a lot of dissecting, angry words, frustrated words. But there isn't much time to reflect as the new season is only round the corner. The board need to act now, do we sell 1 or 2 of our best players, do we go with Lamouchi or not. A mass clear out is also needed, just get rid, pay them off we don't want anymore hangers on players who have seen 4 or 5 different managers/ coaches come and go without even saying hello to them, paid a fortune to train with U23's. Act now or pay later and please get it right, if we do people will soon forget that shambolic embarrassment that was last night.

To be honest the chairman didn’t back Sabri in the January window. We was apparently in for several quality players like Gayle freeman ect. But ended up with decosta and Diahaby and bringing Tyler back from his loan.
This was bad business tha league was there for the taking.
If it had failed then we sell worrell cash. Those 2 will probably have to be sold now anyway.
I like Sabri. He worked with what he was given. If he’d been backed properly he would of made us a more attacking team. Instead of what he had to do.
Yeh he made mistakes big ones but the team he picked last night on paper should of got the job done. The players and chairman need to look at themselves for there part in this downfall.
