Move heaven and earth to get Yates from Blackpool looks a hell of a prospect and move Larson and Dale Taylor up from U23s to support him and Grabban

Need an attacking mid if Carvalho can't cut it and cover at full backs and a winger if Lolley can't recover his form otherwise he and Mighten could be ok IMO.

Munmad, mighten showed little to suggest he can cut it at this level. Little composure and poor first touch, he was easily shrugged off the ball aswell. As for Grabban? He offers zilch if not scoring and is a miserable person and part of the problem with our turgid style of play. We need a steady clear out including Grabban and a loan out to league one for mighten.

Mighten is a lot better than you think and will be class.
Give the lad a chance he has an eye for goal and has pace the decision making and strength will come playing with us.
I expect him to have a very good season and then we will find it hard to keep him.
England rate him so I'll take their view over yours.

Im with 79, i don't think mighten is that far away from being a good player, and why not keep him with our squad. Were screaming for youngsters to come in, he's proved he can just about handle the championship. Or why not a different position for the kid.

Mighten might be better more centrally but hughton won't play him there as he falls over very easily and his learning and youth lacks the experience. 6 months in div1 will do him the world of good. Like Balloons says if England rate him that's great, he has not performed at this level yet let alone the prem. Personally i don't expect him to be anything other than learning his trade from the bench this year. There's a few other youngsters back from loan who will be better placed to compete.

Rutters it doesn't seem like long ago everyone thought the sun shone out his ass mate. Probably one of the only none negative players we had last season. I'd love to know what you do on whos actually coming in. Only then would i judge whether he should go.

Bowie3 interesting reply, however mighten was given plenty of game time and never got any rythmn or had any influence on the games. Some cried out for him yes, but i think he looked bewildered at this level. I would never want to dismiss a promising young talent but facts are he needs protecting not exposing. Time will tell.

Not sure about mighten either but i what I would say is cash played like bambi on ice skates when he first got his chance, then suddenly he just clicked . I agree mighten can’t stand up currently but think he’s worth persisting with again next season.

I do see your point rutters, but we can't keep throwing the youngsters out on loan. i'm sure he would have learned a lot from last season, maybe playing with a team with confidence (very unlike last season) and a bit more coaching he surely should progress. i want players like mighten attack minded, we can't wrap them in cotton wool. and at his age now. Why learn 1st division football. We need to move forward and take chances. Not defend with old timers. Just my opinion mate.

He only played 26 games many as a sub still managed to chip in with three goals and when it comes to staying on his feet he gets fouled quite a bit.
No one at forest spends more time on the floor than lyle taylor can't stay on his feet at all.
