When you look at it Man Utd., Have far bigger problems than most in the premiership. Haggie, with all his funds is putting out a poor side and is under pressure as we saw yesterday. Lady luck helped in a big way by absolute poor ref decisions. Sour grapes, a little bit it doesn't hide the fact that, well, the gods help in certain quarters. Let's hope things at United this season stay the same and watch them have a mediocre season.

I'm an old duffer
For me football is about players.
Jonny Carey thought so and so did Brian Clough and Peter Taylor they said so in their own words. Ironically Brian Clough is thought of as a great coach. I think he was a charismatic motivator and Peter Taylor was a genius at spotting talent and they both rated players with character.
The modern game is more about the coach and coaching. It's about working with what you are given and tactics, plans, squads, who looks good in training and fitness.
(Can anyone believe some of the current squad of players have been watched by a Peter Taylor character incognito with a flat cap on a wet Wednesday looking for that vital spark?
Coaches are praised for their achievements and sacked when it goes wrong. The rough with the smooth. The modern game.
That's what will happen at Forest.
The rest is what we all believe is the right and the wrong of it, and we call it banter.
I hope we have enough talent to pull it together.
