I’m more and more persuaded that 3 1 4 2 in possession becoming 5 3 1 1 when defending would suit us with the players we have. Our wingbacks Christie and Riberio have both played as wingers and Soh and McKenna brining it out from the back. Early impression of Guerrio is promising alongside Taylor or Grabban, Arter holding and Yates/ Cafu/ Freeman (when fit) bombing on and pulling the strings behind them. I’ve always liked a big bustler and a sniper playing together up top, think Withe/ Woodcock or Wignall/ Baker or Hurst/ Hunt even further back in time!
