Just like to say a big well done to everyone at the city ground last night, that crowd picks the team up and carries it, we are a different team at home because of it,

Which Prem team has scored 5 goals in the last 2 games? Can that be an omen!

Stevie your assessments just scream of gloat. Why can’t you just let the doubters be proven wrong and cooper prove them wrong. If the crowd make that much of a difference at home then why don’t we win every game at the CG.
You state facts regarding posession and that lastnight was no different. So was it the same old turgid carp but only we got lucky and the crowd sucked the ball into the net. I listened to cooper lastnight and by his own admission the players stuck to the PLAN. “ we knew that they would have a lot of the ball “ which he says every match no matter the opposition, now that’s a fact. So he sets out to concede territory and ball time. Is it because he only has a certain type of player or is it his mantra. It would be refreshing to go out with the philosophy that we are going to dominate the ball and the opposition. So 30% posession worked lastnight let’s see how we fare against Brentford who again will have plenty of the ball. Is cooper a one trick pony?.
Me I’m delighted with the result lastnight and the graft in closing down and spring the break. But come on try and see the bigger picture. If it’s survival this season brilliant but will it change going forward?.?

Don't underestimate lady luck in last night's result.
We were miles off it 1st half and the crowd were beginning to turn a wee bit ugly just before Lodi's deflection.
Hope she stays with us for a while.

Rutland we were lucky again ?like we were lucky to get promoted ?of course the crowd make a difference, our home record is the 12 th best in the division our away record is the worst, suppose that must be coincidence, it’s like you want us to lose, so your miserable negativity has some validation, it’s balloons that said we attacked 2nd half, well we didn’t attack anymore than we did in the 1st, but don’t let the facts get in the way of a good moan,

Stevie so just ignore the most important parts of the post. Why call it moaning?
I’m just a realist and not a fantasist like you.

I know Steve your right. But just can't afford it at the moment. Try googling the price of a Gibson Les Paul it's eye watering ?.
By the say did you see Cooper playing guitar to wonderwall in that pub after promotion. He's about as good on guitar as he is a manager ? ?.

Rutland, I agree with what you say about the deliberate ceding off Possession, I don’t get it, in fact I hate it because it seems like 80% of the oppositions possession is in or around our box, our defenders can’t withstand the bombardement that creates.

2nd half we seemed to do much better at restricted that possession to places where the opposition were less likely to harm us and it was much, much better.

It’s not about possession it’s where that possession occurs, a massive well done from me for having the guts to push higher and gamble in a game where nerves must have been jangling.

We’ve got the players to have survived but for me the 4 points dropped at home to Everton and wolves will be the difference, clearly there is still a chance to take points in games we wouldn’t have expected to win, did anyone expect 4 points off Brighton for instance?

Right now we’re exactly where I thought we’d be and it’s probably going to go to the wire. We need some form to develop to have a chance, as I recall the Brighton game was the stopping of the rot start of a bit of form last year so you never know.

Overall the Rutland I agree with your observation about our style of play, lucky? Not for me we’ve had plenty of bad luck as well so I think it’s bang even for me. I do feel officials look to never give us anything though - it’s very odd but probably paranoia.

Never give in, never despair in the words of our much revered erstwhile Queen, hopefully we will see that spirt and steadfastness in our players in these last few games.

One last observation……Ffs cooper - please drop your obsession with Ayew!

Rutland you don’t seem to get the plan is to use our, our pace up top, sucking teams in to hit teams on the break, , in Johnson we have the quickest player in the league, most of brightons possession last night was passing across the halfway line, most of these teams are several years ahead of us in progression, Brighton were crap until the last couple of seasons struggling to stay up like us, progress doesn’t happen in 5 mins, if as a football fan you can’t enjoy a win like last night, without trying to find negatives, I’d give up, I prefer to be a fantasist, your so called realism, seems a miserable way to be,
