Like I said before this might be a game that defines our season. Looks like we have now got a big tall solid defence with Dawson and Worral the brains in it. Midfield we have lots of choices but Sow is the scrapper and enforcer - brilliant. Watson knows where to position himself and others. My only worry is the small Silva, and it may be that Bostock will be used for him in some games. Lolley is very important and does a good job now helping his full back. Grabban will get our 20 goals and Ameobi and Adomah will upset defences all the time. One swallow doesn't make a summer but things are improving at pace. Well done SL, we had a great fighting spirit!

Silva makes himself available more than any other player - constantly moving into space to receive passes. His set pieces are really good too. His passes can be erratic but he is very useful in this team we are building. I do think it’s going to take him time to acclimatise though. These players need our support.

I would never have thought that Skegsjay, I think there’s still a lot to come from him.

Silva is definitely a first teamer for me, tougher than originally expected, good on the ball, draws a foul when no other options.
