Villa excecutives only went out to China today, got the deal signed, sealed and delivered by 5pm ( without the Chairman being there) . Just shows what can be done when you have the right people in the right places. Take note Fawaz.

The owner couldn't wait to get shot and the Chinese paid a really good price. I bet they couldn't wait to sign. Bargain if you ask me.

Totally agree Redinexile. there's been talk of this takeover at villa for months and it's only just been signed now. our deal has been done according to reports but is in the hands of the football league, how can you make them rush it through? if you've got a gripe with someone about this deal vent your frustrations at the football league not the owner.

The price was £60 million but Doug Ellis left £20 million of that in the club for the buying of new players.

Anyway the point I was making was that Fawaz needs executive people around him, I really didn't think the Villa deal was done in a day lmao.

Apparently the Football League owners checks/ reports take 6 weeks at least so depending on how long they been in the Football Leagues hands will depend on when any/ if any investment takes place.
