Dont need the manager going when everything seems to be going in the right direction.

They need to sit down n get it sorted, put ego's aside and think about the bigger picture

Don't want anymore manager merry go rounds we in our best position for nearly 30 years n we could self implode, be typical.

Seems like a backward move. Recruitment a perpetual mystery but looked like theyd finally got into gear. Hard to see how sweetness and light will suddenly return but who knows with Mr M?

Hopefully it won't be like the O'Driscoll debacle again. Sacking a manager when we are doing well then it all goes pear shaped.

Lots of noise around hearing big m wants more attacking style of play n nuno disagree. not sure how much input he had with summer signings

Whoever the coach is, things are looking up. You'd have to be useless not to get a tune out of the squad we have.

We can speculate all we like, but we don't know why things have changed or how serious it is.

What I picked up on is that:

1. Adama Traore was available and Nuno wanted to sign him. He was probably cheaper than many of the players who came in but no sign of a bid. Similar profile to Elanga, who was key to how Nuno likes to play.

2. The Argentinian FB, Maffeo was available for only €8M and we walked away according to reports. Nuno keeps mentioning that we need full backs, and he could have been signed with plenty of time to bed him in.

I'll leave it there for now. The coach clearly didn't get what he was asking for regarding recruitment, even though we have signed some good players.

Traore, great going forwards with pace and strength, end product is just so iffy.

He should have had a hatrick against City last year but fluffed his lines each time with some woeful finishing, that is why he is still at Fulham and not a top 6 club.
