Totally agree. Leeds would surround the ref in the 70s to influence decisions. This intimidation was basically an attempt to cheat. Man City are refusing to accept the football authorities decision and taking them to court. clearly they face so many counts of cheating that they feel they must put money behind a legal challenge or face the penalties.

My point is that cheating has become more advanced from barracking the ref to legal challenges. the outcome of this challenge could set new precadents but hopefully a positive one. which would need to see Man City have the book thrown at them and therefore show that cheats will not prosper.

Man city should be punished severely, like a Rangers or Juventus punishment. Soon it won't just be who's got the best players we buy, but who's got the best legal team?.

If found guilty they will be punished
The premier has to bow to world rules so city will have no way out if they are found guilty
Juventus and rangers as big as they are in their own leagues found that out
It's interesting when you look at past statements from pep that he stated "even if we are relegated to league three I will still be here"
Now it looks like he will be gone end of next season?
Barcelona under him got into trouble giving him the best that was available.
