I'm still optimistic about tomorrow. I certainly don't think we'll get battered as some of my associates are predicting. What an opportunity for Lascelles to rise to the biggest occasion of his life and prove he is a top class centre back in the making. I'd partner him with Jara who has played over 60 internationals in various positions. The best players are adaptable as Burns proved so brilliantly. Nigel Clough played a few games as an emergency centre half and looked superb. I know putting Jara in the back four would be a gamble because we're going to be light in midfield as well. It's going to be a tricky decision.

Off to the CG tomorrow first home game of the season can't wait and I too think we will be all right. I would also partner Lascelles with Jara and play cohen in front with harding on left. Hope patto plays tomorrow as I think he has the ability to create and score with mackie and cox up front. Lansbury and Challobah in the mid with Lansbury in the middle.

Disagree. Have to keep as much of back four together as possible so Cohen should stay at left back. If jara does go back to centre half then chalobah should to play the holding role. Hasn't quite worked out yet but paying a lot for him to be here. Use him or send him back

Agree with keeping current back four as is. Really hope BD doesn't play Cohen in midfield, just not good enough there. that's why he has been playing left back.
Just hoping we don't continue as we did after the last international break.
Sorry for any negative vibes here but hope BD doesn't tinker. Stick with a winning side as near as we can.

If Jara goes to CB we will get murdered in the air. Voakes at 6'3" will play on the weakness and Ings at 5'10"is also a threat in the air.
Hobbs has to play otherwise Henderson has to do a Halford!
