So CH will be sacked and we will be looking for something like our 19th manager in 10 years! Total embarrassment. Who's fault is this? Are the 18 managers to blame or is there something else going on? What are the odds we are looking for number 20 next September? Not going to say we should keep CH but we really do need to get this right. Club changing ethos and direction so many times no manager can succeed!

I do think he needs to go yes. I just hope we then appointment someone who fits in with Dane Murphy and his philosophy (hopefully then signings made are wanted by the manager and he can use them in the right system) . If we do then that person has to be given 3 transfer windows to shape the squad unless we fear relegation. I think our problem over the last few years has been some bad manager and player recruitment decisions yes but also just a complete mismatch between DOF/ CEO and the manager. Which for a business the size of our club is a massive error.
