Runour: Matt Targett is a target.
Targett from Newcastle is a loan target for the left back slot. Apparently the Geordies paid £15M (in 2022) for him but he had injury problems last season.
Does anyone know whether he is a good player?

I can't remember much of him because he's hardly played much over the last couple of seasons. A Geordie friend has said he's always been reliable when he has played. Apparently, he got Player of the Season at Villa one season.
