Think we need to make Michael Dawson officially defensive coach and bring Riley Harbottle into the first team squad as a replacement for Figeredo who's mind is obviously back in Portugal.
Rugby union has appointed specialist coaches for years and it works.
Also appoint an attacking coach to incorporate midfield attacking mids as well. Robbie Earnshaw would be a good choice imo.

I would agree with that.
Wouldn’t mind seeing Dawson as a defensive coach.
Cohen should have been promoted to the first team.
Andy Reid should be a coach in the first team set up too.
Think those 3 along with CH and his assistants he brought in with him would be a solid coaching unit.
An attacking coach sounds good too, earnshaw was a phenomenal striker not sure what his current situation is regarding coaching?
Think the players are severely lacking in confidence and adding Forest ‘legends’ to the coaching set up would help boost confidence and help them realise what it means to play for Forest!
