A wins a win but I seriously believe we're relegation fodder after that performance.
First half was an improvement but some of the passing was still awful.
Players can't even choose the right studs. Maybe don't water the pitch as much before kick off?
We can't keep the ball for sustained periods, can't make simple passes, don't look fit compared to the opposition and don't get anywhere near enough players in the opposition box when attacking.

Agree6 Disagree0

Fred i see your point. I only saw 2 min highlights and defensively it was a horror show. The awful thing i noticed was crosses from deep wide positions which should be easy to defend were not. The header from ohare, his run was unchallenged. I think overall its obvious the majority of the players are simply not up to it. Christie is a liability, still don't rAte the keeper, though he does make crucial saves with his feet. I think mckenna is sound taylor has something but needs support. Maybe as i now cannot see the whole games its unfair to make judgements but i do think unless Chris gets to keep his job or indeed wants it up to Jan window we are going to struggle. How precious those 3 lucky points were lastnight is anybodies guess.

To be fair fred your post is just full of truths as to how we are playing.

Since CH took over he has averaged 1.7 points per game so its not as bad as everyone thinks. And the team will only improve over time 👍.

The biggest problem we have is our support, the negativity and misery it spreads is alarming. We lose they go into complete meltdown, we draw and supporters look at every mis timed pass, every slice, slip and miss. If we win, the opposition is criticised or comments are made that we are not good enough, or players are singled out. It’s driving me mad. I can handle us not playing well or even losing but it’s the morons on social media that frustrate me. Thank god Facebook, Twitter and all these other groups didn’t exist when Cloughie was at the helm.

Thats the modern world we live in my freind.
Press have always been there to scrutinise, tv plays replay after replay to show how badley a team was done by in slow motion.
Football is a passionate game, if you would lije everyone just to say well done every week, even in defeat or when playing badly, then football is the wrong sport.
Like most you can't see its an opinion in how an individual sees things.
This site would not exist without differing opinions and sir brian didn't have to put up with, nor would have to have had to put up with it because he was a great manager.
When your a small club like us you had to enjoy every minute of it and i certainly did.

Why single players out? At the moment Yates is public enemy number 1, before him Watson until he put in a great season, before him was osbourne, the list goes on! If they wear our shirt we should support them, the manager picks the team!

Its the same at every football club.
Our fans aren't unique.
If you live amongst derby fans they are just the same.

If you think the biggest problem we have is our support after the way Forest has been run for almost the past decade and the total capitulation last season then good luck to you Pascal.
Do you not think any of that alone is deserving of any criticism?
Like Ff says, it's the same at any club and is not just restricted to Forest.
If you don't like what you read on social media then stay away from it, simples.

Pascal, I agree, I genuinely feel some people are just miserable and come on here to vent, tough times right now.

10 Nov 2020 13:25:03
Yes perhaps I should stay away from it, I am thankful that non of these negative people are my friends. I enjoy going to watch NFFC home and away and love the club. I am disappointed when we lose or draw when we maybe should have won. I’m not in a position to criticise any of the players as I am not a pro footballer or manager and could do any better. I’ll carry on supporting the club although I have left all the Facebook and Twitter groups as reading all the bile left me feeling down. People are entitled to their opinion but negativity is like a disease.

So when you go to a game what do you talk about with your mates after the match.

10 Nov 2020 23:38:12
for the last few seasons they've dominated matches and conceded late equalisers loads of times. now they win playing while playing rubbish and they're relegation fodder?
it's a new manager and a load of new players and they're grinding out some results. i think we should all chill.

11 Nov 2020 20:37:25
I just don't see the point in going to a football match and having no opinion because you don't feel qualified as your not a manager?
