If he is irreplaceable as you say,in my opinion he is far from it, there is no need for his agent to suggest he has found a club to go to.

Listen we all have different views I see us fighting relegation next season if Murphy moves on which would make him a big loss if I was MON I would give him that contract extension without any hesitation

Murphy is still a class act and while you cannot get two games a week out of him over the season give him the service and he will always get you an important goal.
If you watch him off the ball he is always in the right position in the box so we need to keep him and get the service right. We need 4 good strikers next season and he is still one of the best!
