would be nice perhaps if we had Brentford fixture later in season as they may struggle to hold onto Mbeumo, Schade and Wissa (to us) not sure when transfer window opens but they would be a weakened team without them.

Brentford and Palace could well have players poached by other teams when we play them, just hope we are not in the same position, and we can keep hold of our vital players.

Wissa won't be coming here. he will go to Spurs.

Hardly any chance of any London based players coming up to the shires, to many trappings down there. but on bright side of things it looks like the brittania club is finally going to be flattered. even the great unwashed at the university couldn't get it listed. As the planning committee said it has changed beyond it's original format. wonderful news.

Nice to know that reds fans think so highly of the Brittania next door. In its history many reds and magpie players and staff frequented the club and many many happy memories were forged within. Having friendships with these players myself it will certainly will be missed.
At the Britt it was not the great unwashed within the club as the members wete trades people, sparkies chippies and the like. Hope the ghosts of bygone eras don't haunt the ground.
I bet stokey remembers the club, and has memories to cherish.

Tell you something redsocks, it's a decision that needs to be made
Back in the day the nottingham council demolished the best iconic place nottingham had
Drury Hill, now that was iconic, Brittany doesn't even come close to thar and for what? A concrete shopping centre that's been demolished in my lifetime
We either get permission to extend the capacity or we move away
It's that simple abd then west Bridgford becomes less of a place.

A new boat club has to be built first, in a location they want, or not on brick can be layed for the new stand!.

I have memories too sedsocks, central market and victoria baths, both served the good people of Nottingham, but it didn't stop the wrecking ball. The britt stays at the cost of the new stand, is that what you want?. Toton is off the table, planning went in for new houses last week.

It's a pity Nott's don't have a bigger attendance at there ground, we could have ground shared, and got the whole work done in one go at the City Ground. The way it's being done now, the redevelopment could take 4/ 5 years to complete!.

Nah, call in the Chinese the work will be completed in no time. They are the master builder. although the HS2 project will not be completed before 2035 we could use there expertise. Now there, s a thought.
Nottingham city council broke so any influx of cash is a good head turner, like bying the city ground off the council.
Seen many changes at the city ground since my first visit to the ground in 1951 some for the good, the worst was erecting fencing around the pitch.

Chinese builders are to busy building them coal fire power stations to make wind turbines to sell to us!. And not forgetting all them social housing projects what's going to be built?. It's a good time to be a craftsman ?.

Summed up in a nutshell mossy, like Britain the tiny island can make a difference to workd climate
No point us doing anything whilst the Chinese, Indians, Russia and United States along with Brazil just carry on pollution.
