Don't know if this question has already been asked.
So England gets 5 places in next seasons Champions League, we all assume they go to the top 5.
However, the winners of the Europa league automatically qualify for the league stage of the Champions league next season.
What happens if Man U win it or Chelsea win it and finish outside the top 5?
Does anyone know for certain?

As I read it gaz it's the top five regardless and if a side like villa win champions league but finished outside top five then they are added
Plus if man utd or spurs win euro league they will also be added so could be seven.

Yes top 5 guaranteed and if spurs or United win the euro league they'd be a extra spot for them (meaning 6 places).
Technically if city were still in the champs league and won it finishing outside the top 5, England could have had 7 places (if someone won the euro league also) ?.

"Champions league" a place for finishing 5th is misnomer, it's really UEFA trying to get a European league through the back door!.
