My physical and mental recovery-time from exertion has definitely got longer with age! Whilst still slightly jaded from my Tuesday CG experience (travelling 6 hours each way with a lot of wheelchair pushing to/ from the hotel and the ground), we've had our 3 Grandkids here all weekend. I'm truly knackered Reds!
Our house is trashed; glassware and plates have been broken like a Greek wedding scene; Mrs Legolas looks like she's on the verge of a mental breakdown; and our garden looks like travellers have been living there for a month.

I know what u mean Lego. Our 4 year old grandson is coming over to stay tomorrow but I’ll be up in Donny with my 5 month old granddaughter until tea time. We’ve had to divide our forces between the two.
I should get home to find a scene of devastation and a very tired wife, with bath time still to negotiate!
Get some rest mate. We’ve been preparing by drinking G and T s in the sunshine in our garden. Bit woozy atm but pleased with football results today. Not too much damage done……. ??????.

This new dog of mine is a handful too.
He has a heart of gold however he's bloody hard work. Just never stops.
So far I've been through 3 phone charger cables, 1 electric blanket cable. (Unplugged! ) my walking boots, my son's Crocs for his Hospital, pulled over the clothes horse.
He's bonded with me, however you just can't settle with a Spaniel around!

My missus is a handful so sent her to teneriffe for a week so I can get the pond finished ???
The grandkids were already there and loved it when nana turned up

What variety of Spaniel Rogie? We had a Springer male here and he was lovely - but intense to say the least!

It gets better rogie it's a faze best dog breed ever my dog went through it now he's great at night he sleeps above my pillow with his head rested in mine and won't move till I take him for is 5.30 am walk.
