A good player for us in the past and a loyal servant to Forest. However, things move on and I agree he should now be sold.
I went to Ashton Gate years ago to watch him being sent off against Bristol City. I remember thinking then that he was a liability.

Regardless of whether I'm thinking Yates is good or bad, ats irrelevant, but it's fair to point out that every single manager the guy has played under, you know managers, those people who actually don't sit on a couch and pretend they're experts, yeh those guys to a man have rated the guy and value him.

Skegs, It's better to shut your mouth and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
Yates has played/ taken part in 22 games this season alone. that's 2 more than Gibbs White. Hardly being left out.

As you pointed out, Yates has had two premier league managers so 100% of his Premier league managers have rated him enough to play him and sadly for you. nothing you say or think can ever change that fact. One day, Yates will not be a Forest player ( not just Yates ) we all know that but we all know you can't wait to remind everyone here that you were right all the time. Try supporting Forest instead of taking every opportunity to find fault in them and those who truly support them. But like I said read posts first before commenting on them. i don't rate Yates as a player that's going to go forward with forest as Nuno as just started to realise by benching him last few games are you keeping up pal. and there's no panelling on my wall that is a wardrobe your on about pal so you take as much notice at looking at something as you do reading posts without going in all angry without having a clue take a chill pill mate and watch that blood pressure ????.

As for Yates, I actually agree with Skegs on this one that he should be moved on - as I posted before. Please don't be reticent about sharing your own feelings about Yates in addition to stating the facts about current/ previous managers playing him.
