Anyone else feel sorry for Sels? He's playing well and people were talking about Brice Samba turning up to watch.
Dead pleased for Woody as well. If a few players could chip in with a few more, we should do well. We are over reliant on him for goals and the defence being watertight.
Missed the game (family sickness) so having to prioritise my son etc. I'll try to catch up with highlights.
The other player I feel sorry for is Jota for obvious reasons.
Next up, banana skin central. We "should" win, but anything can happen in a cauldron game like this. At least the officials always work in our favour. ?.

We’re going to need more than one goal to win tomorrow. We created enough chances on Monday to win comfortably but couldn’t finish. And if it wasn’t for Sels we would have been beaten.

I’ll always have great respect for Samba but he could be hot headed and unpredictable at times, with a mistake in him. Sels is a much better keeper imo, more consistent and he’s steady under pressure unlike Brice. He seems to impart a sense of calmness to his defenders. It may of course be that Sels has better defenders around him but he was my MOM on Monday.

I don't feel sorry for Sels cyclist because he's a top keeper and different level to Samba. It was you who said you wanted Sels Wood and Nuno replaced. Many of us have been happy with them all season. Hence 8th in the league ?.

I definitely did not say I wanted Woods replacing. Almost everyone on here wanted us to bring in another striker, and most still do, we only have two senior strikers.
Practically everyone on here wanted us to bring in a new keeper in the summer, although I think most of us wanted them to ship out some of the other rubbish keepers we seemed to be collecting, don't think Sels was top of that list.
Nuno is rubbish, I definitely said that. It's true.
