I think some players obviously have a level and are also suited to a certain way of playing. Bamford under Bielsa is a perfect example. Jonno and spence did great under Cooper and the way we played on the break suited them because of their speed.
Possession based teams are never going to suit their skill set. I would take them both back at Forest.

I actually think Johnson is premier talent. Just hasn't had the right coaching. Or confidence. Surrounded by wronguns. Same with a lot of talent in this league. The money in there pockets weighs there shorts down that much, around there ankles they trip up, wake up with concussion thinking they own the f kn world. And btw i was a big fan of spence as well. You lot can crack on. I only give my own personal opinion.

It’s much harder for Brennan at spurs, we basically built the team around his pace, he’s just another player at spurs, same as when grealish 1st went to man c, villa built their team around him, and as good as grealish he struggled to make an impact at Man City who want to play more passes before they get forward,
