Unless it's paper talk tripe it appears we are getting silly again in our attempts to sign players. Ward Prowse, some defensive midfielder from Rona, Wissa from Brentford now some striker from Ajax. It seems we have gone from sensible thinking and doing to insanity thinking and doing. Listen let's not get our pants pulled down just make do for now and te look again in January. If we are serious about building stability for our great club then small steps at a time. We hopefully brought in 8 or so good additions so just make do. If Wood and hopefully injury free biscuit shins can chip in with a few each along with other players, come xmas we'll be OK and can look in the next transfer window.

Ward-Prowse is a good player.
On the Striker front, I'd be into signing a 19/ 20-year-old with a bit of experience who can learn. I'd expect them to not start too many games unless they develop quickly, but surely that makes sense if we can't get any Stella signings?

Red, I think we’re a way off Stella signings, we have to build slowly with who will come. Nottingham isn’t that much of an appealing place these days, it’s not the city it was. Most footballers want to live in London and commute - on the fastest train it’s a two hour commute from London to the training ground.
I think we have to be patient and bigger name players will come so long as we keep steadily building.

Looks like I'd give any of the names mentioned as a striker just 2 stars and tell them to get on there bike who knows why I guess I just don't care ??.

James ward prowse wouldn’t be a bad shout
Obviously he can put a ball into the box and good from corners as not one of our present team seem capable of delivering a decent ball.
