Those stats can't be right and if they are then that was because Southampton only had possession in their own half
Look at the rest of the stats like corners, shots on and off target
Southampton cudnt get out of their own half in first half especially, so they are irrelevant stats
Mate sels had the easiest game since he came to forest with hardly anything to do
We should have had the game wrapped up first half, end of the day it's three points away from home, you don't get extra for winning more
We aren't the finished article, bit Southampton are finished already and heading straight back to the championship
Like i said before the game they don't have a striker that's anywhere near premier quality
We ran the game and forced the result, pushy footing around in your own half with no quality is the truth about Southampton.

Yes, I saw the game. We were better than Southampton. I was winding Balloons up for saying we had 75% possession to try and make some belated point about the bast manager we have had in 25 years.
Southampton are cr4p on that showing. See how their other results go before we decide ours was a great one. Good to get points on the board in these first three games.

Who gives a flying f. k about possession stats. We were the better team by far and kept a clean sheet away. They have the highest scorer from the championship last season so I do believe that have goals in them.
