Looks like we are addressing our set piece woes by signing 6ft 5 inch Serbian centre back Milenkovic to go with 6ft 8inch goalkeeper Miguel and 6ft 4 inch Boly! Coyr! ??????.

LStokey, let's hope the opposition doesn't come up with a cunning plan and play the ball along the floor intead eh.

Spot on gazza
That's football
Knowing the strength and weakness of the opposition
Always two sides on the pitch.

Gazzi, I’d like to see a back 3 with Murillo tidying up behind or in front of the 2 big lads and with his pace, passing, tackling and reading of the game stepping into the midfield to get us going forward quickly.
2 quick wingbacks bombing forward in support of 2 quick wingers. That’s my vision anyway but what do I know?
Your excellent comment always reminds me of the exchange in the bank between Wilson ( John le Mesurier) and Mainwaring ( the equally brilliant Arthur Lowe) in the Dads Army film….
Wilson “Good morning sir. I regret to inform you that the Germans are in Paris”
Mainwaring “Don’t be so ridiculous Wilson. They couldn’t have got through the Maginot Line”
Wilson “ It appears that they simply walked around it sir”
Mainwaring “What a typically sneaky Hun trick! “

Nice one Stokey.
I like the wing back option too when attacking but it leaves a great big hole behind the wing backs if they're are attacking. Opposition would cut us to pieces.

Gazzi, there should always be the insurance of at least 3 at the back and with some rigorous drilling pre season and beyond should reduce that threat. It’s all about getting back into shape out of possession and speed of recovery, making it quicker than the oppositions transition.
But, as I stress, what do I know about what’s in Nunos mind?

That's where murillos pace comes in as he can cover quickly
Whatever the set up I can't see boly and milenkovic playing together in a back four, be to slow.
