Why the negativity around signings, we are going to try and mix it in the best league in the world for the 1st time in 20 plus years, and I personally cannot wait it will take time for all our new signings to click, but we asked Mr marinakis to back us and now he is and some fans are not happy, we are extending the city ground to at least 35,000, but some fans want 40,000 I'm sure we will get there, but please let's get on board for the trip we all want to be part of, mixing it with the best week after week highs/ lows and everything in between its going to be UNBELIEVABLE, we have a fantastic manager we all seen what he did last year where we were when he got the reigns let's see what he does with his players, who by all accounts he had a hand in bringing
To our famous club, roll on the Newcastle game, its going to be fantastic ?????.

81 I'm with you mate, but it seems some are more interested in the wages players earn and not what they have come to forest for?
When you get to the Premier you can either do a Norwich or try and compete
The fact we are attracting top class players is down to the fact our top scout and Murphy and Cooper are working together as a unit and marinakis is happy to pay out.
This can only be a good way forward so why be negative?

Forest I understand where you are coming from and also get the negative concerns surrounding the friendlies etc.
Team's who get promoted have spent big on player's to survive but went straight down.
Player's brought in who played well for their old club didn't make the grade etc.
Yes it's an evil necessity to upgrade your team for the Premier League and a gamble.
Hopefully Cooper and Co will work their magic and Forest will survive the hard 1st season.
By Xmas we should see if Forest will succeed or be relegated.

79/ Fawaz I totally see where ye are both coming from, I can see where there could be issues aswell, but if all our fans just take a breath and think about the seasons where we were banned from signing players where we sold Antonio, assombalonga, bererton, Bamford, ollie Burke, all the manager changes before and after Davies, the previous owners all the promises broken, ffp, the drop to lower leagues these were all reasons to be angry and disappointed not now where we are back in the big time with the best transfer window we ever had, when we have one of the top young players in the country, one of the best managers in the country, and a chance to play week in week out at the top table of football, it probably will be tough but I will be on the edge of my seat here in Ireland every step of the way, futures bright futures forest.

Well said Forest 1981, sounds like your a year younger than me, if going by your user name Forest 1981 is anything to go by.
We’ve all waited 23 years for this moment to come round, we’ve even dropped as low as the third division (league 1) been a average championship side, flirted with relegation in the championship, failed in the play offs and thrown it away on the final day against stoke, lost to Swansea city, Blackpool and Sheffield utd in the championship playoffs, buckled under expectation against Yeovil town in the league 1 playoffs.
It’s been 23 long years of frustration, hurt and disappointment………Now we have the best management team in cooper and Murphy since clough and taylor, and a great owner who wants to do everything in his power to establish our selves in the premiership where we belong, so let’s be patient and give the club our 110% support because the money we are spending on players and redevelopment of the ground is nothing compared to what we will get back for being successful in the premiership and the glory and pride it will give back to this great city and it’s amazing supporters.
We are Nottingham Forest Football club and back to stay and be successful in the premiership.

Well said jolly, I have workmates all mad, man United, Liverpool, Chelsea and arsenal spurs etc fans and I seen how happy they all were for me as a forest fan and all forest fans when we got promoted and a lot have said they will be keeping an eye on our result every week aswell as there own club, this reaches further than us forest fans everyone knows we are a massive club with a massive history and fantastic fans, even tho some won't admit it we will be most peoples 2nd club, going to stay positive and enjoy each game no matter what happens WE ARE BACK! Will be mad to see us back on MOTD again also can't wait.
