Who does everyone think would have made a difference to our side yesterday despite the result? , and who would they drop as a result . Now I hope SC is forward thinking ie when the loans go back or Johnson and Worrall are to are sold he has to have back ups . Who would Jed Wallace replace as an example.

Agree0 Disagree0

The only position we can improve is left wing back imo.
Colback done a good job but no attacking threat.
Lowe makes a difference
Other than that can't pick fault.

Wallace would replace Zinckernagel, Laryea would have been our left wing back had he been here earlier.

Specifically yesterday, Yates out, Cafu in.

That's it then gazza I'm putting yeats down for a hat trick against the sheep. 😁😁.

Wallace and Bowler in possibility another striker and Johnson out by the end of the window to pay for them, just my opinion friends, 😉😉.

We are in a good position dreamteam, we can splash the cash sensibly without selling and go for promotion.
If we don't get promotion then the likes of Johnson will have to be sacrificed to balance things but then we are still left with a very strong squad for the next season.
So it's win win win?

16 Jan 2022 18:03:49
Wallace or Bowler, i can not see us bringing in both.

16 Jan 2022 18:25:23
Depends mate, when players contracts are up at the end of the season, clubs need to take the best offer or get nothing.

16 Jan 2022 18:37:55
You’re right it’s a minimal gamble, we sign players who will be covered by either Worrall or Johnson or both being sold in the summer, it’s likely they will go anyway so as long as we only sign good quality players it’s only what’s going to happen anyway . In my opinion though one will go to cover signings (if we make them ) and one will go to pay our previous wastefulness - a penance I still think we need to pay .

Not sure 2 star as bong, figs and most importantly Jenkinson will be off the wage bill.
I can see clubs arguing a case that c.v. 19 has reduced their revenue, which it has, so how can the governing bodies keep it at 39mill losses over three years?
Players get paid in full still and all staff, but no matchday revenue?
I can see this being an issue and quite rightly.

79, I'd declare myself his biggest fan if that happens. But I think I'm safe on that one. Genuinely would love it to happen though.

16 Jan 2022 19:05:28
You never know gazza.
I'm putting a pound of your money on it too, don't worry I won't charge you as I'll keep the losses. 😁
Got a great game to look forward to hey mate?
Time to enjoy football again as a forest fan.
There will always be weak links, but as long as the team perform and entertain us along the way that's all that matters.

I'll say it now, I don't think we'll have any problems brushing the sheep to one side. If Yates gets on the scoresheet I'll be just as happy as the next man. Put a tenner on it 79, we could be millionaires.

16 Jan 2022 20:29:02
Will do gazza, but I'll make sure it's your tenner🙃.
