The ability and willingness of the team and the manager to switch formations is the key to our recent success, we are now showing flexibility and game management.

As you guys know on here I've been an advocate for 3-4-3 for a long time now and I believe when Ely and Soh are fit we will be even better at it, although Figs has improved he is still the weak link

The difference in fitness is like night and day, it begs the question what was Hughton doing with them in training?

Pleased for Lyle as well we were saying on the way back from Bristol last night if he stays upright he can score goals😂😂.

I know what you’re saying about figs but in all honesty worrall looks like the one who’s struggling in my opinion, maybe it’s because he’s always attempting the last do or die block - not sure, but he looks like he’s having a tricky time at the moment.

Yeah, the shackles are off. It's obvious that Hughton put more emphasis on shape and positioning, which severley restricted the players creative freedom - More worried about being caught out of position than going after the ball to win it back - this tends to make teams drop deep and lack any real attacking ambition. The difference is huge, it's hard to believe it's the same set of players.

I think Worrall is trying to hard, things he did natural know look laboured. I think he's keeping a eye on Figs contemplating a mistake, just my opinion, Worrall should still be captain! .

I thought Worrall had a great game against Blackpool, but he has been a bit in and out. I agree he still should be in the side and be made captain. McKenna for me has been the most consistent centre half, teaming up well with Lowe down the left.

It’s like the whole was over thought wonky, loads of zonal discipline crap that doesn’t work. It used to amaze me how teams could be on the edge of our box in seconds from their own half unchallenged but we had no options moving forward either?
