Surrounded by geordies gloating over there takeover, apparently these lot have got that much money they make man city look poor. let's see how the fair play system works. Or doesn't more than likely. Can’t just buy a team overnight though Bowie! Hopefully they will get relegated and have to work around championship sanctions. That will be interesting.

Bruce probably waiting around for another golden handshake gazza, probably keep him until things settle and the January window. I still think McCarthy haa probably got one more game in him.

I’m with Freddy foxx above, my mind goes back to 74 and the 3 games in the cup as well, find it hard to wish Newcastle well, even after all these years, although I got to say I’ve always got on well with geordies, always seem top lads, except for that day in March 74 at St. James’s, ! Although forest lads weren’t angels that day, we took 13000 as I remember, mayhem in the gallowgate end all afternoon!

Unfortunately money definately DOES buy success fellow Reds, it might take 2 seasons maximum for the effects of countless millions to come on stream but trophies are guaranteed, especially in the morally bankrupt Premier League. Cloughie was one of the last of the greats who won European Cups on merit and not buying them .
