Ok reds on a serious note.
We all agree this handicap system of the parachute drop is totally unfair.
A=there all rich w#nkers coming down. And couldn't play football
B= its not us 😉
What steps do you think they should take, (if you do agree) to keep it a level playing field?

Bowie i doubt anyone knows the real figures for promotion or how the parachute system works. Personally the parachute system is bonkers and that's why teams like norwich and albion will be yoyo clubs. Why support clubs who spend above their capabilities for failure. Its nuts. You get relegated then sort out your business plan and relying on a cushion creates a cartel. Not healthy and totally unfair. Why don't thecpremier league rebrand, include all of the four divisions and look after all the clubs in a sensible fashion, at least include the championship and call it premier one and two and find a fairer way of distributing the money.

CARLO

Carlo, obviously you are right. But when you see you different governing bodies from prem to football league you get mixed messaes and brinkmanship. For example financial fair play is not a finite package. It depends on who you are and who you know. Its anything but fair and the punishments meated out prove this. Almalgamate the two leagues so both are under one umberella, one set of rules. I think the rules around wages are gallant but naieve and impossible to measure. Just let clubs pay what they want to players, its imoral anyway, as the money floating around from sponsorship to investment and screening rights stinks. It all goes back to the bosman ruling it has, i think, created a nasty powershift, where the players hold all the cards, contracts mean nothing but committment from the club. Where players demand and can disrupt and control so many aspects that undermine the ambitions of a club. I suppose the American blueprint thst elvates sportsmen to political heroes has quickly been adopted here and your Beckhams were fundamental in this. But whilst crude amounts of wonga floats odiously around the game its hard to create a base of fairness and respect.
