You should never leave anything to chance, how many tackles, how much running, which foot do they favour and other stats need to be taken into account.
League one, and foreign leagues need to be scoured for talent, you need to look for talent that will fit into the way you want to play, not say they are really talented only to find they can not take to the way you want to play
Their personalities also have to be taken into account, i know from what i have seen he will come deep to get the ball, he runs at players and he knows how to finish.
Sometimes you have to take a gamble.
