What should the club philosophy be when looking at players? Of course we want the next Roy K, Stan C . They are out there still so having a top scout is a must . So do we nab Peterborough's? may be cheaper than one of their forwards! The experiment with players their clubs no longer want has been an abject failure . I am not in favour of loans as they distort a side and give a false position . So I think we have to do some bartering ie sell a player where we have strength but invest in a league one striker paying 8-9 million . That would have such a positive effect on the whole club and supporters and season ticket sales! Combine this with some home grown maturing youth and the ' Ruffels ' like from League 1. The club no longer has the pulling power to get top players here, we must hope CH has got a reputation that attracts players to Forest otherwise it will be more of the same .

Hoping with the change in recruitment we get players in who will at least have resale value. I think in future we as fans may have to be more patient with players too. Brentford have an advantage as their fans are behind developing players. Us forest fans having suffered so bad we look for short term and can quickly write of a player before even settling in.

I see its saying that Mr M had spent 72 Million on the club even before lock down not including what he wanted to spend on ground improvements, shame he’s wasted most of that.

The trouble Redmarsh is the money is loaned to the club, it is going to be hard to sell up if we do not go up, he and the club are in between a rock and a hard place.
He is not just writing it off, should he decide to sell he will want that money back as part of the deal.
