That should IMO be a very short conversation 37 goals in 46 games is abysmal in anyone's book especially in a very poor championship.
Please move him and Trollope on immediately and find someone who can deliver yours and our vision for our great club
Hughton has failed miserably and his brand of football has been dire. Most modern successful clubs play 3-5-2 or 4-3-3 formations yet he persists setting us up 4-2-3-1 with including the keeper 7 defensive players and then drones on about needing more quality in the final third!
How about more players in the final third!

Munmad do you learn anything? This squad is the biggest in the league and is full of crap. No manager could could get goals from this team. Its full of players thst nobody else wanted. So a new manager would need new players. Hughton is the best candidate by a mile to sort this club out. I have watched brighton and norwich under hughton destroy teams. Why? He had good players. Forget systems and style of play its the players . Rubbish has been shipped into this club for years. Remember lamouchi putting out 8 defenders to get a point? Short memories on here.

You haven't watched norwich under hughton destry any team rutland, he had a 29%win rate there same as at forest and after nearly two seasons got rid and Norwich fans hated his style as they are used to playing slick football.

Even the likes of worrall is not the finished article yet. For a big lad he is crap in the air and poor distribution. The fact he has to play yates for his energy says much too. Offers little threat only to the seats behind the goal. We are a very very poor squad and its a cheap shot to point that finger at hughton.

79 you can bang on all you want about stats. The facts are hughton is a good manager his track record may not be charismatic but promotions and retention of prem status he has acheived. We don't need charisma right now, we need a firm fair manager who can hold his own with the board and rebuild this faltering club. Even if we don't get promotion he will build a team that can compete and live within its means. THEN we can push on. No manager whether it was birmingham wycombe derby brentford inherited a shambles of a squad like forest. The panicked manouvering over the last 5 years has got to stop. And hughton is very important to this club and i believe in time you will look back and agree.

Munmad the fact that hughton is binning 14 of this squad spks volumes of his frustratiins this season. I have learned an awful lot in life and the one thing that we crave for is success. You won't get it with this shower of sh$te. Those plyers learn nothing and are in it for the money. Give hughton a chance, give him a little time. We need to stop being petulant and impatient. We are not a great club we were elevated beyond reason by cloughie and taylor. We won't get there again but we need stability. We need to walk before we run and running with pace is what this team totally lacks.

Hughton will get hounded out by the fans once allowed back make no mistake about that rutland.
12 points from last thirteen games yet he kept picking the same players even though they were ineffective in his team plan.
That is not a good manager at present.
Forget what he did at Brighton that's past we had karanka who had a promotion on his cv and he's failed at his last two clubs.
At 62 hughton to old and set in his ways for a new challenge like ours.

Just given you a thumbs up on your reply to my “crush†post Rutland and I’m happy to meet you half way. Completely agree with you on your assessment of our squad, it is indeed very very poor and i doubt that even Pep would get a tune out of this shoddy rabble. A massive clear out is required and replaced with hungry players who want to compete and achieve, but i still don’t think that Hughton is the manager to lead us. If I’m wrong i will come back on here and say i am and will personally tell you that you were right. Time will tell my friend.

Rutland i have said before, all i ask from a manager is during each season to see the team improve in the way they play and to see a gradual improvement in results, we have seen neither.
Warburtons and O'Neil's win ratios are superior to Hughton's so it would have been better to have given either of them the extra time you crave for Hughton.
