Hay Bowie, went to Geordie land to do a half marathon, when I was able, a few years back. My mate and I went out for a quick drink as you do, bearing in mind you don’t drink before running, went out at six, got talking to the geordie lads, got back in at eleven, pizzed as a tart, think we only payed for three rounds all night, they just wouldn’t let us bye one . Fantastic people, as I’m sure you are mate, You Reds.

Need a new knee cap and joint mate, but it doesn’t pain me all the time, so I and the docs keep putting the opp off. This keeping fit ain’t all its cracked up to be.
