Dino Saur has had 2 weeks now to change things and keeps bigging Mbe Soh up as a great prospect! Wouldn't it be refreshing to see him play 3 at the back with Christie and Riberio as wingbacks 3 in midfield and Taylor and Mighten up top Will IT HAPPEN?

Not sure what the obsession with formations is, particularly 352. Formations don't tend to make you more attacking or defensive, it's the instructions within the formation that decide how aggressive a side is.
352 can be as defensive as it is offensive. You can set up a defensive 433 formation if you like, or an offensive 4141 with only one up top. Formations do not dictate attacking intent.
Saying all that, I do actually like the idea of Christie, Mbe Soh, Worral, McKenna and Ribeiro forming a back-three with wingbacks, I'm just not convinced it will change our style of play that much.

Formations are essential to the squad of players at a club.
If by playing the same formation week in and week out you are struggling?
Then you have to try something different surely?
If a manager has no other plan than a one dimensional one, then it will end in failure as most teams have more than one formation they will use against certain oppositions to get a result.
