Am I the only one to be offended by England apparently feeling they needed to time waste in injury time against brave Poland without their star player?

Watching that yesterday I did think to myself that people would be moaning about that on here today. Game management, nothing wrong with that.
I would imagine you would be more annoyed however, had we conceded a 2nd goal in injury time and drawn.

Stevie f i posted i got bored with the 2nd half. I had said we were playing with confidence. i'm not knocking southgate just wondered why he didn't bring a sub on a bit earlier. As for me (as you pointed out) they were happy with a draw. Especially with 3 players out. If that's the managerial side i'm sorry buts its sh#te. Typical hughton. You can't tell me we haven't got attacking forwards etc to make a change mate. Lingard i thought should have been on earlier. Now as it happens we won. So i was proved wrong but who am i? Bowie mate if we hadn’t have won all sorts of questions would have been asked about Southgate, but as it happened we did, and he can say his decision was correct, that’s football as we all know, it wasn’t particularly exciting, for all the hype, I don’t think foden is ready., and sterling was the only one prepared to run at them, at international level I don’t take missing players as an excuse, it will happen to all countries during qualification,

Well said ED . foden too easily knocked off the ball for me when it comes to international defenders. Needs more Yorkshire puddings. Although loads of skill. Sterling wow what a change from someone who was scared of goal class. We need to let the world were there and be frightened. Not same old England.
