If we are looking to buy Gosling because of injuries to Yates Passback and Arter I think that is reactive management not proactive
A proactive manager would look to get McGuane Fornah and Johnson back from loan not add another 30 plus player in more ways than one as he is on 30k a week like Arter and Passback The other 3 together aren't on that I wouldn't think
Just for once think outside the box and use the tools available to us

Not sure we can recall them now. If we can loan Gosling it would be a decent addition for the short term. But like you say can’t we sign more like the WBA/ Benfica player. It would make more sense for next season.

Maybe the players loaned out by us weren't ready/ good enough as yet but were given a chance to play regular football.
Recalling them wouldn't help the club or the players.

Normally I would agree totally with you trentender leave them were they are, but this season and this squad ain’t normal mate, something needs to be done and very soon or make no mistake we are going DOWN. If Chris can’t get the players in to change things around, with this over paid dads army we are up shite creek without the bleeding paddle mate. So on this occasion I would bring some of them back to help out, give them a chance, they certainly can’t do worse than this shower, and I’m sure that they would run and play there harts out for our club, then who nows what might happen mate.

Young players hardly get a chance and will never be ready if we keep bringing in players on mass just because they have experience.
The only way you find out if they are good enough is play them.
Especially with five subs allowed.

The only problem at the minute is the players we tend to get have seen their best days gone by so no longer have that desire to win, the other thing is that's been the same for years movement off the ball none existing, passing is poor at best shooting seems to be a huge problem well getting shots on target and we defend like vampire so until we can address those things it don't matter who you have in charge.

The problem is that young players being blooded will be crucified by fans when they struggle or make mistakes, you only have to read some posts on here.
One minute they are heroes and should be put in the side after a few good games for the U23"s then they are rubbish after a struggle in a struggling first team side.
