Question for you lads.
How can so many managers fail at Forest?
It's no coincidence that no matter who the manager the same thing happens each time.
Something is amiss or is Marinakis or his cronies picking the team and dictates on how Forest play?
When CH gets fired another Manager will inherit the same problem and team.
Poor excessive signings, lack of confidence and zero cohesion have struck Forest.
Marinakis the Fat Greek needs to sell up ASAP.

Its a combination of a dof that likes shopping but can't find the right fi, hate to see his wardrobe with the signings he makes.
Oniel wasn't failing when he was sacked he'd steadied the boat.
Sabri did well with what was given to him and no matter what anyone says we all know he didn't sign those 14 players.
I don't know a manager in his right mind that would want that many.
No manager or coach would keep asking for more defenders and defensive midfielders and no owner should sanction such signings.
Marinakis trusts Vrentzos and his dof and probably has very little to do with us.
Those two are the major problem as they just keep replicating there mistakes in the type of player they keep bring to the club.
As for the manager surely despite what we say about players individually there is a team in there in a squad so bloated?
If you only have a one track mind of playing and aren't prepared to adapt to the opposition then its got failure written all over it.
Hughton has no plan b and in modern football that can't succeed.
Oniel would have done the buisness but ruffled a few feathers.

Well fawaz on a personal note you answered your own question. Managers aren't given a lot of time here. where we mess up is the next manager takes another's signings. Couldn't be more apparent this season. I often reflect on the past. And remember clough saying he and Taylor couldn't work there magic at the time because its all about money now. (Always puts a lump in my throat) especially when you see unfair play (man city etc) buying the league. I think Blackburn started it. The championship you need a bit luck with signings. Sadly we've haven't had much mate.

Bowie mate the previous coaches never buy any players the dof does.
Quite often we sign players and the manager or coach refuses to play them.
That tells you who is doing the signings.
Lost count of how many get discarded to the bomb squad after a few or no appearances for us.

People asking for andy reid gary brazil why. As steve ff pointed out do you want to see them sacked and put into never seen again land. Leave them doing probably the only good jobs worthy of this club at the moment (apart from backroom staff)

Agree bowie but like brazil has said many times he doesn't want the job.
Temporary solution yes but that's it.

Good point f79, but at the end of the day its a domino effect. Just getting fed up with football now to be honest. No fans, no heart, can't even celebrate now. Just can't see light at the end of the tunnel this season. Even if we do stay up. (Sorry for moaning mate just sick today)
