and I thought a beating from man city would destroy morale around the club, as I said last night in a post, I think man city would have given us a 7or8 beating, and I'm not too disappointed were not facing them ( assuming they win) , but today's shameful shambles of a performance has seen us at a new low, and to hear the manager say he had to try to" change attitudes" at half time, was to say the least alarming, I have tried to remain optimistic, but tonight I am as low as I have been in 55 years of following the club, there is something very wrong with the club, and I am now reluctantly coming round to ff79, skegs, and fawaz view, that while mr marinakis owns the club we will struggle, maybe he has the best of intentions, but his chain of employees appear to be strangling the club with their interference, and incompetence,

Man City would have tasted blood after the third, they would have got over ten against today's Forest team.

As we associate ourselves with robin hood most of the management and playing staff are robbing the club blind. Taking money under false pretensions . Somewhere their has to be some giving, just what are these band of rogues giving back to the club, nothing.

I'd say it's a combination of many things. No fans in the stadium. Poor managerial appointment. Terrible signings in the summer. Bloated squad. The list goes on. I honestly believe that most of the players have lost their passion for the club, Forest are a team that desperately needs fans back in the stadium.

No fans has not stopped other clubs doing well.

This season was lost when we signed those 14 players with no plan for where they would fit in.
Not one was a upgrade on what we had.
Those 14 then have to settle in overnight and after 5 games a new manager.
Its impossible to keep asquad that big happy .
Figs wanted to go home for family reasons but we kept him a mystery with reberio being "injured"
Too much upheaval in a short time for it to work.
Fans excited by these new signings but they were mostly 30 plus and not the players they used to be.
I said it was stupid at the time and its proved to be so.
We recruit on mass every window with many never getting a game.
Big signings like jenkinson on 25k a week but we have to go out and sign a lian on just as much because he's deemed not good enough and that player is a total joke of a replacement.
Signing 3 left backs when we had one already.
Signing two more centre backs when we were overloaded with them
Signing 3 more defensive midfielders when we already had some.
Then just picking up one freebie striker and 1 overweight number ten.
Thats where it all went wrong.

I posted way back when Chris came that he wasn't the right man for the job at this time even though he is clearly a quiality manager. You are right about the problems away from the pitch, something we don't know about is embedded and it is major. Are we expected to fail for a bizarre financial reason or somehow succeed by sheer luck on a shoestring with sub standard players?
Whatever it is, this is grossly unfair on the fans and to some extent the players.
