I will preface this post by saying i always want us to win, but I have to say I don’t see the advantage of us advancing to the next round, , no gate receipts, maybe a bit of prize money, but an almost certain public execution at the hands of Manchester City, whichever side they put out, if we struggled with the movement of boro, the mind boggles what a team like city would do to us, and they don’t slack off either, if we could have a crowd I would want the tie, but to me all it could do is lower morale of everyone connected with the club, providing Cheltenham don’t spring a shock of course, !
