I don't think it is fair to judge CH yet. He inherited a squad of defenders and defensive midfielders in an around the relegation zone. His job is to use what he has to move us up the league and develope a group that know each other ready for next season. Lolley and Ameobi have been awful this year but he has to use them. Not sure Mighton is ready to start every week but he now needs gradually more time. Grabban and Tayloy are good strikers but feeding on scraps. CH recognise this and says he needs creativity. Therfore I will judge him at the start of the next season
When he has had 2 windows, this window is always difficult. This current form is no worse than what we have witnessed with the last 2 managers. I missed only about 3 games last season home and away before c.v. and it was dire but we were regularly lucky with one shot on target and a 1-0 win.
So let's give the guy a chance and judge him at the start of next season with a big crowd roaring the lads on and hopefully fulfilling our dreams, in the mean time a lot of dross will be out of contract and he can build a balanced close knit squad.

Hughton won't build anything he will have to make do with what the dof buys him just like the previous coaches.
The problem is reddog he plays boring football and tactics and that won't change.
Prefer him gone, he's been very lucky to nick some games and no convincing performances.

Will he, or some of the players be around next term, i do not think so.
A lot of players that play regularly now will either be dropped to the bomb squad or gotten rid of.
Should you really keep playing players that keep making costly mistakes just to have a team that knows each other.
Players need to know, if you are out of form you are out of the team.

CH says he now has the final say on transfers therfore it will fair to judge him on transfers going forward, ld be surprised if he doesn't have final say or why would he say that and why would he have come here in the first place, his stock is still high and would have got a good job.
Also we can't keep shouting manager out every time because that's what got us into the position we are in. We need to stick with him and judge him on his decisions when he has had his time.

Is it the fact that ch is a boring coach with boring tactics or is it he's trying to do what he can with what he's got let's face the players we have ain't all that good if they was wed have gone up last year well if I was ch and had the choice not one of those who failed last season would put a first team shirt on again.

Spot on Reddog. CH is having to play a certain way because he doesn't have the players to play any other way.
The youngsters coming through aren't good enough yet and now is not the time to give them practice in first team.
Im sure the coaching staff who watch the players every day have a good idea who is ready to step up to first team,
we need points to get safe and so if we have to grind it out, so be it, Its a needs must scenario.
There is a bit of movement getting rid of fringe players and by June 7 or 8 are out of contract,
CH will then have the chance to get in his own players.

I understand where you are coming from, its a stick or twist situation with managers and I have too often been twist and regreteted it when we have finished up with worse and I have been waiting till we get one to stick with and I am saying I think this may be the one.

Trentender i have to disagree.
The clubs he has got promoted you will notice fans say they like him because he is a good person, and off course he got them promoted.
They will also go on to say the way he gets his teams to play is so boring.

I gave up with marinakis sticking reddog when he sacked warburton and then went out and bought in a whole team plus in the next two widows despite what he said when he first bought the club.

Much better than Hughton has but still sacked for no reason.

GF there are loads of fans complaining their teams are doing ok but football boring, prime example Spurs or any team managed by Mourinio but they win trophies.

I have said before, i hope he turns it around, because i want Forest to win games and trophies, i will accept boring football if that Forest are winning games and trophies.
I have also said before i want to be entertained, i would prefer, as any of us would to be entertained while Forest are winning.
The current one was brought in by the club but before he was i said on here bring Howe in, or someone else that gets their teams to play attacking football.
Once the current one had the poisoned chalice i said, although the football will be boring he at least is proven to get teams up.
Since he has been at Forest he however keeps playing players that make costly mistakes, he drops players that have good games
He has brought Knockeart back who let's face it has not done enough to deserve to be brought back.
Althohgh the team has not lost in a while the wins in the league in that period have been too spaced out.
Like i have said recently, if he has players come in, in Jan and they do not improve the team, and the wins continue to be too spaced out then he will be gone.
He would not be given yet another window.
