Does it really matter, more than one manager has not rated Zak.
Forest need better players than they have except for about four or five players.
The owner and Dof have to change their ideas on how to do things also.

It matters when we persist with the same players and fail to get results that are there for the taking . In case you haven’t noticed the league table is looking grim for us . With that in mind I’d say a discussion about not playing the right players could never be more relevant .

So many managers can not be wrong about Zak, picking Figs instead of Soh, Christie keeps being played when he has made so many mistakes, before being injured Colback keep being played, so on, and so on there more important things to discuss than a player that no manager has liked being brought back into the team.

I'm with 2star on this. Team selection has definitely been an issue from Hughton and Lamouchi. They just seem to have favourites and won't drop players who are out of form or not performing for whatever reason.
Hughton tries to justify it by sayig he wants a consistent team. Well Chris, playing eleven out of form players consistently leads to one place. League 1
The team are not motivated. Why? Because the "favourites" get picked even when they don't perform. If the others get a chance then they get dropped even if they play well. Said players therefore have nothing to motivate them to play well. It's obvious to me so what is the boss drinking?
Example 1: Grabban has done next to nothing since a long time into last season. Who is our first choice striker? Grabban. If you are another striker in this squad what is the point?
Example 2: Figueredo has been off form since late last season. He didn't get dropped until he got injured. Soh replaced him and did well including getting an assist. Hughton's reaction. Bring back the underperforming Figueredo. Message to Figs: "Even if you play poorly I'll pick you! " Message to Sah: "No matter how well you play you are not getting picked! "

Its not so long ago Sabri was being slated for not sticking with players in his teams now Chris getting slated for sticking with a core of players.
Managers really can't win.

Trentender there is a difference between the team having won a game then changing four or five players for the sake of it, and sticking with players that on more occasion have cost the team a game through school boy errors.
