Sammy Ameobi was fantastic last night best game I have seen him play in a Forest shirt. Cafu very good as well apart from one stray pass. I thought all the team put in a shift maybe Joe’s little speech has got them thinking a bit, including possibly the manager? Well done lads now the hard part, keep it going.

Beserker, one win and you’re back to being positive, I can’t knock your optimism but my word we are still in deep trouble . We have to hope Grabban stays fit as his cunning runs make us look a completely different side . It’ll be a while before my faith returns if I’m honest . I was all for CH but my worry is the obvious changes needed were unlikely to have been made unless forced - that’s a big worry because we can all see it. The next thing to urgently address is the midfield combination of 2 midfield players who struggle to move forward with any pace and impetus.

I like to try and find positives but the last few games has been difficult. We were better last night but as I said in the original post the hard part is keeping it going. I honestly cannot see us being relegated and still believe better things are still to come.

Lets see what the Saturday team selection brings, I still can't believe that Samba is keeping his place in goal, every player should have to earn their place and if they are playing poorly they should be dropped, Colback would still be captain if he hadn't got injured and I really hope CH doesn't return to Figueredo at CB.

Samba is scared of getting hit he doesn’t commit and ends up in no mans land. He’s a great shot stopper and his distribution is good but he’s scared IMO.
