The Championship really is an extraordinary competition.
At the start of the season, Reading went off like an express train whilst Forest remained in the station with a broken down engine.
However, after only 11 games, whilst Reading remain clinging to top position after three straight defeats, Forest find themselves only 10 points behind them with 35 games still to play!
I appreciate that there are still 18 teams between Reading and Forest but is just goes to show that teams can be written off far too soon and we still have every chance of at least making the top 6 if we can now find some consistency and make a couple of decent signings in January.

10 points is a lot and we are still 20th. It was a terrible, terrible start. I think oak well will be tough but 3 points could well lift us 8 places . You’re right though - it’s extraordinary.

You have to look at the sides that haven't lost many, they are the teams that will be there.
Can't see beyond watford Bournemouth and Norwich with boro and brentford pushing them.
Think the three that came down will go straight back up stevie.

Chris H is a manager with a good CV. The are a lot of players at the club but also a lot of talent within that squad . So let’s sit back and watch Chris H nurture that talent into a successful side. From being half empty a few weeks ago I feel half full this weekend!
