I would replace Cardiff with Stoke, and replace Barnsley with Birmingham.

For us to be promoted we will need a manager/ coach who stays longer than 15 months, so this season is out. If CH is lucky enough to be employed here next season, all season, then yes! Maybe.

For Forest to be promoted this term depends on.
The players considered the best eighteen to stay fit for a big part of the term.
For the team to have enough luck with ref decisions.
For the players to give their all all term.
For the players leader to get the balance of the team right, going of his track record in the Championship that could well happen.

Giving a 15 point head start might make automatic promotion difficult, but see no reason why the manager should not be able to get this squad into the top 6 finish this year.
